I do. It's the day when all my bills get paid. It's the first of the month. On Thursday, I will pay Verizon (phone and Internet), go to the grocery store, pay the People's Music Network conference fee, and pay the $7.00 I owe for this writing contest. After that, I will send some money to my friend Renee so that she and her kids can come to the next ADAPT action and pay off a bit of debt. I get money other times too but that all goes to debt repayment. I don't see a cent. What about you? Do you have a, "Hi money, bye money" day or do you pay for things throughout the month?

Before I had experienced that hi money, bye money day.
As in poof!your money is gone, you didn't even notice it gone.
I buy things that are luxuries, not needs.
Today, I make a list of the important things beforehand, 1 day or 2 days before pay check.
I'm getting smarter in terms of money now, because I now earn and work for it.

Every payday or payout is a "hi money, bye money" day for me. Recession has forced me to live payday to payday. Money has been tight, economy and all. I usually schedule all my payments on payday so that I don't have to worry about the bills for the next fifteen days or so.

It's not actually a "hi money, bye money" day but for a couple of days, lol! I received remittance from my husband who works abroad and after receiving it, i usually pay everything from bills, debts, groceries, etc. So the money just saty with me in a couple of days and then left me to ask again a friend's help to lend me money with a promise to pay at the end of the month plus the 10% interest.

Yeap..the same here every month it is a struggle to get by day to day with so much debts and so little money, in my case I get paid once a month and that same day it all goes to pay everything the same day so I do not even see it the money when it arrives, I hope someday this situation changes.

I think everyone has those kinds of days, it's normally called payday lol. I spread mine over the month though. That way I have enough for groceries, personal items, and a little extra for just spending at garage sales, thrift store shopping, or just misc, things for my house. And I put a little away for savings. That way if I have an expense come up that wasn't planned for, I have at least a little to fall back on.

Yes, I do have "Hi money, bye money day".... 2 or 3 weeks before.... I was getting some money from one of my customer, for the work that had done for him...
I was planning to use the money by going to a bar, and having fun... so, I went to take my bike to go for a pub... I took my bike, parked outside my home to lock the gate of my home....
When locking the gate... I heard a big sound... damn.. a car hit my bike and went without stopping... my front wheel was bend... then I use that money for repairing my vehicle....
This is the day of my "Hi money, bye money day"............

Every payday is hi money bye money day. Rent, debts, bills, and my baby's needs. Sometimes we get short for groceries when all we have left is money for fare. I'm praying this would end. it hasn't been a good year.

As for now, everytime I get some money, they are already assigned to spend for particular things, and the only small money that would be left with me all throughout the month are for food and transportation. But no regrets, because I know that they are spent for something important, but how I wish later on I can be financially stable, and won't worry for finances.

Yes, it happens all the time. There are alot of bills to pay and things to buy when the money comes. Sometimes it's frustrating because you can't buy your personal needs because you have to prioritize the things that you needed at home, so those needs of yours has to take a back seat and buy it the next time money comes.

I get my social security check on the third of each month. I pay my rent and storage. Then what little money I have left goes to church, food and personal needs items as well as household need items.
Any money that I make from babysitting my grandaughter goes to food as well because what I have left in my check for that is not enough.

You said it! Sometimes, it is as if money just pass by our very palm. It does not stay there long. There is the rent, electic bills, water bills, food, clothing, tuition fees. There are times that I do not know where to get the money for the next bills. It is a good thing that the entire family joined online businesses. They are not much now but I know in time that they will grow.
