Do you have some one in your life that is so annoying?
I have met a person, who I thought was ok until she started going into details of her family tree. I am standing there thinking, I don't need to know the names of these people or ages or where they come from. I thought, Ok, I will put up with it and pretend to listen.
Then a few weeks ago, I went to a birthday party. I did my hair to give people the OMG is that really you? A photo was posted on a social site that my friends use and this woman saw it. She argued with me that it was not me. She was arguing that it was some one else in my family. I had enough so I deleted her from my friends list.
Only last week, one of my children had a lump on the side of the face. My friends were discussing the lump. I was listening to one friend while this woman started to talk to me, I just screamed out, would you all shut up as I am trying to listen to some one. I was confident that it was bacterial lump. I took my child to the doctor, and had some tests done. But in the mean time, this woman was saying to my friends that my child had the mumps. When I found this out, I am thinking OMG, what right does this woman have to say that my child has definately got the mumps. I said to my friends that I will listen to her if she has a medical degree. Where the lump was, it was way to high for the mumps. As it turns out, the lump was as I thought it was.
Lucky for this woman, I have not spoken to her since I screamed out to be quiet. She is so annoying. She thinks that she is my friend but in my opinion, she is not a friend if she likes to argue with people that she is right and every one else is wrong when she is the one that is wrong. She never listens to any one else but herself.
Am I being harsh on her? Or do you have a story about a person that is so annoying? Please share your opinion.

Oh my... Sounds like someone I work with, or used too if she has been let go. She is one of the first ones to want to be the MOM type to everyone, even if they are older, but if you try to correct her, forget it. She thinks she knows everything about everything even if it is nothing about nothing. So many of us have gotten really upset with her from time to time, and it makes you wonder what is up for sure.

People like that drive me crazy. It is hard to be friends or have compassion for them when they are constantly going on and on and making comments based on nothing but their opinion and never anything positive or encouraging to say. Ugh!

My goodness,
Well, i ahve a freind like that fits somewhat as you have described the lady in question here.
But he is not that " Non-sense".
Pardon me for using that word. But I couldn't stop myself!
And no you were not harsh I would rather say. You made her realize where to draw the line.
Cheers,
Bodhi
