Hey,
There is constant debate regarding the effects of playing video games.
Some people argue that it helps with their stress level and concentration skills. Others propose that they actually elevate stress and anxiety, as well as interfere with academic studies. What do you think? What are some positive and negative side-effects you notice in your life as a result of playing video games? Does how many hours you play contribute to these side-effects? Do you think your age has anything to do with it?

I say it's based on the person who is playing. Example: I beat someone in Street Fighter, I'm enjoying myself and it's helping my concentration skills. The person who is getting beat in Street Fighter is upset and pulls out the ethernet cable from behind his Xbox, having high levels of stress and anxiety as well as just taking it too seriously.
.; I'm sure there are people out there that aren't sore losers.

I don't think it has to do something with my age. It depends what game you're playing. If you're playing resident evil then expect being scared and more stressed. But if you're just playing super mario then it'll help you relieve stress.
