It's the holy week (lenten season)

Okay, so maybe i'm not sure how this holy week works out - I mean, i used too (Being in Catholic Schools and Organizations actually help) -- but now, since I barely go to church (I know, it's bad. I'm bad) and ummm, I hardly recognize Catholic Holidays (X-mas and such), I'm in this holiday for, well, vacation. I actually googled what holy week was and it came up with "Lenten Season". Or of that sort. Well, I planned on spending 4-5 days of non-stop World of Warcraft since there's no work and umm... i'll be home alone and no-one to bother me while i'm at it. But at the last minute, i've decided differently - I'm going to some vacation spots up north, probably hiking or whatever fancies me. I guess it is time to shut off the computer and be one with nature. Or society. I know i'll regret this when there'd be weekends and I still have not reached my desired status in the game, but it may be worth it once I scan through the pictures. I look forward to this (mmmm, a few more hours as i'm typing this) -- where will you be on the holidays? :)

My family is religious and so we do the whole holy week schedule. I have only gone on vacation during holy week just once. I went to Cagayan de Oro for whitewater rafting and climbing. Our schedule was so tight that we did not have time for church. I felt really guilty then, and so I have not done it again. Last year I went to Sagada from Palm Sunday to Holy Wednesday. The place was so packed with tourists that I did not enjoy it so much.
