Do You Think Royce Gracie Is The Best UFC Champion Ever?

We all know who Royce Gracie is. He is the very first UFC champion under Rorion Gracie just before MMA fighters knew all about Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Royce Gracie was the UFC 1,2, and 4 champion. But is he the best UFC champion this martial sport ever had?

Royce Gracie was good but he is not the best UFC champion in history... So far if it came down to it I would say the greatest champions are GSP and Anderson Silva. No one else has dominated their division the way these two champions have.
