Our company right now is having a difficulty in financial aspect due to global crisis. Our salary is delayed for almost 5 months now, but they give us a cash advance sometimes every week just enough for the transportation allowance. Even our benefits remittances is delayed also.
I can't decide either i quit or not in this job. I' am still hoping that everything will be okay. We cant deny that sometimes company really suffer this kind of situation but they try to move on.
My only expenses everyday is $2cents for my transportation since this is near from home and my breakfast, lunch, snacks is charge to the company. I can't really decide either i go or not because if i have to move to another company this will cost me a lot.
mylotters help me to decide..

If i were in your shoes maybe I would hold on for a bit but then start looking for another job and go for interviews and if ever I got accepted on those jobs I am applying for and they offer a good pay then I for sure would grab it and leave the current company I am working. I am in doubt if a company experience crisis to the point that salary is delayed which is not good. The company might be in big crisis and as a worker you suffer from it too because it affects your daily expenses and budget. But if you really love the company you're in then you decide whether you'll stay or go. For now only you knows and can decide if you will quit or not my friend

if i were you, i will find first another job before i quit my current job..as of now its not easy to find a job. u can find job but they offer low cost salary. for the meantime, the cash advances u mention is helpful on your daily expenses.so don;t quit ur job if u cant find another one.

YES! Get out! If they aren't paying you, they are not making any money. You will probably never see the money you are owed.
