do you think just eat apple in three days is a good idea to lose weight ?
i have heard so many friends around , this way will lose weight in a short period ,
do you think so ?
i think it will be a great help for us if you can give us some advice for losing weight.

The best diets are about moderation, not just adding one thing or removing one (or all but one) thing from your diet. Exercise helps, of course.
The best dieting advice I've ever been given is this: trust your body. Your body tends to know what you need. If you are hungry, eat. If thirsty, drink. If you are craving something with bread, you probably need something in the bread. Don't glut. Eat slow, and stop eating when you stop feeling that hunger. You can always eat the rest when your hunger returns.
