Why this "congratulations"?

I'm new in mylot, and whenever I use the search I get a box congratulating me, with these following words. "You could have earned a mylot reward, for doing what you already are, using mylot as your internet resource. To find out more, use our earnings page." I'm already a member, why am I not getting the reward? Can anyone help?

MyLot tell us to clear cookies and temp files and then next time you wil receive a reward for using the search feature instead of seeing that message,
