No I haven't heard of it I use traffic swarm its free and you can put 10 URL referal links there, if your interested there's a banner in my profile feel free to give it a try you can have a free or pro account.
I have not heard of it, however is it a free program or a paid program? Do we need to pay for it? if not then worth to give it a try. else you want to take your chances then better think twice.
