Do you like rope skipping?

Hi All,
I liked rope skipping very much when I was small as my mum told me I could be taller if doing so. My mum taught me to jump in 3 ways: front, backward, cross. However, I am not tall but short!!!! :(
Do you play rope skipping? Anyone use it as an daily exercise?

I didn't play it when i was a kid. When i did boxing training once, they made me do rope skipping and i was doing it like a 10 year old kid. Lol.

I have not been playing it for a few years. I might not remember how to play the cross skipping. ha ha

Yes, i Like rope skipping.
But i will not easy game for me.
My sister can play well.
But it is healthy know.
