as being a computer owner has taught me it has always taught me to wait awhile after the new version of windows comes out because usually there are horrible bugs and everyone complains about it etc etc.. but i havent heard anything bad from a user of it at all!! i heard right before it was released it had 2,000 bugs not fixed but nothing since its release.. could it be that microsoft actually got it right? if you have windows 7 have you ran into any bugs with it? how is it compared to vista? i want to know all the negative before i even consider switching to it and my pc is too new to just go buy one with it already installed

windows 7 compare is more flexible and much faster operating system than vista. Vista has many complain unto it because of being slower computer and many are not compatible into it... Windows 7 is an upgraded version of vista and more reliable in terms of speed and other stuff...firewall also is much better in windows 7... Hope this little information I have with you is enough for you to think and compare the two operating systems... Go further into more forums to accelerate your knowledge about the operating systems...

i ecently purchased a new laptop that came with 7 starter.. so i dont have all the bells and whistles of its maximum functions. but so far.. in comparison to vista? its great! i havent had any troubles with it other than the security features i cant seem to turn off ( i get very annoyed over being asked repeatedly "do you wanna do that??" abracaDUH if i didnt wanna do it.. i wouldntve done it!!) vista i had on my other computer.. and it sucked so much a22 it isnt funny LOL so yeah.. thus far.. 7 gets a big thumbs up from me

Windows after XP do not have major changes.....just some minor ones for better graphics,appearance,etc...........Its just a matter of excitement but after few days you wouldnt care which windows you are using..........I believe XP,vista,Or windows 7 all are good enough for use.........

I have installed W7 on my system and I don't have problems about it , the only slight problems regarding the sound drivers and graphics is that you have to search for it on the net. If you are techy enough to look for the model of the motherboard inside your CPU then chances are you will be able to upgrade the drivers. Just go to the website that produces your motherboards and search for the driver upgrades.

Don't know, I haven't tried it yet. The computer I have now with Vista still works. As soon as it falls apart, I'll get a new computer with the latest software on it. LOL But I've heard a lot of good things about Windows 7.

yes compare to windows vista windows 7 is better because windows 7 dosent have those problem or bugs which were in windows vista bt windows 7 i dont think u will use it for more time i think you should stick with windows xp let for some more time then you go for windows 7 it is good i have tried it no bugs i found but it is not so easy as xp xp is so user friendly

well i presume that you have heard all of the good things about so ill just stick to the negative ones. the boot time for windows 7 is actually terrible ! along with that its very much like vista just with more extras and better organized folders and new task bar. Windows 7 is for the newer computers. it will not work with slow old computers as the requirements are too high. if you have an older computer id recommend to go to microsoft and take there free compatibility test. Outlook is also gone from windows 7. the price is another downfall. if your running windows vista its not worth upgrading as it only has half the amount of new features that windows vista had over xp. the main reason you may not of heard all the bad things about windows 7 is that they relised to early and that most house holds were still using windows xp.
