What the hell happening with Google ?

Oh...! Google is creating more tension to me...I first had a blog and I run Google ads on that...I got some amount and then when I about to reach my second payout they canceled my account....I'm from India.They were giving free accounts for all in India..But recently they changed the rules and asking for Rs.1500 for adsense account. They don't know how much I worked hard for getting blog traffic....Now I can't get adsense account...Everything gone...This is one issue... Then I created a new blog and decided to make it something bigger.I started collecting all the information for my blog and I got some good traffic.I was happy because I got some nearly 20 subscribers for my blog on own,I mean without exchanging...Then two days before I got mail from Google that "your blog is deleted".They said I should not share about the methods of online earning.I know lot of blogs are there telling different ways of earning.But they deleted my blog....For the previous one also I didn't work very much but for this...only my PC knows how I worked for it....Everyone said my blog looks very professional and like a real website.I was very happy but all turned into sad...Creating blog is not a matter but getting traffic to the blog matters...I think you all know if you own a blog...What the hell happening with Google..? At least they should have given the warning..without any notification they deleted my blog.... Whether anything like this happened to you guys...? Do you know why they deleted my blog....?
