WHAT happened in "Heroes"?

i dont remember claire kissed someone, what happened was Hiro became the catalyst instead of claire and then Arthur travelled back in time to the time where Hiro and Claire was in, and took the catalyst where in Hiro's position and took claire with him back to the present and left Hiro in the past with his powers stripped,.. Matt, Daphne and Ando retrieved Isaac Mendez sketchbook to trace what happened to hiro on the past and daphne took a syringe of formula and inject it to Ando expecting the he will gain powers like Hiro but instead he ended up becoming a supercharger he can amplifie the powers of everyone whos around him and with daphne can run fast enough that she can time travel by running and rescue hiro from the past.
