hey if you have to make the decision between computer science and IT, i would say, go for IT. due to recession it had bad placements but now the scenario is different and its improved. mostly by the time u get placed too it would be good! :) am doing my 3rd yr IT! :) but let me ask u, are u really interested in programming and computers and softwares?? if you are not sure just make sure u are interested in it if u are going for it. otherwise life would be hell for you when you get placed in for a job or even to study for the subjects! so think well before taking this decision :) all the best!

Hello. Deciding which course to take can really be confusing, but the only advise that I have for you is that you choose the course that you're really interested in and you think you're good at. You might also consider that what could be in demand this year could change in a couple of years or by the time that you've completed the course. Just don't go into the fad also, just because it's what most of your friends are taking, then you'll also choose that course. Discern what you would want to become in the future. Ask advice from your parents and relatives as they can guide you in making that decision.
