"Earn when your response is selected as "Best Response" ????

Hi ronaldinu, This is just my quest because I just joined myLot since last year. Since this post was posted in 2008, the information might be true at that time. As time goes by, myLot has move and do a lot of changes. But the blog writer did not update his blog along with myLot changes. I do not know. Just make a wild guess. There is a lot of misleading fact in that blog.

No, it isn't accurate. You don't earn when you get a best reposne. You only earn from participation. Someone should let this guy know this. It is not correct.

It is news to me that you are paid when you get BR. I don't know how far this writer can attest to her/his claim. If it is true, I have something around 900 BR and I don't see any increase in my earnings except for the participations I have accomplished here. Another fabrication to entice others to join mylot to get referrals?

i am also not sure about it...though i have heard about it from many users that ...when we get best response, it increases our earnings...i dont know exactly how much ...but have seen that my earnings increased more than expected when i was given best response....so maybe its true...but there is nothing mentioned perfectly anywhere i think...

Well, i cant say it's a yes or no.. Because i dun really keep track of my earnings or how does it work.. Mylot has got a strange way of working things.. Just like many are saying, we dun earn by adding comments to the posts we have already responded, but they are all so wrong.. I dunno where they get the impression from.. As for the BR increasing of earnings, it might be true, if not why the need to have the BR in the first place??

As others have already mentioned it is not true that earning a Best Response will increase earnings and yes, there are a few misleading ‘facts’ on that blog! I wish people would not publish incorrect information like that because new members are going to join here with expectations that are just not going to be met. Not much can be done about it. I want to leave a comment on the blog but I doubt it will be published if I point out the errors...

I asked mylot a couple of years ago and got a direct response. No, a best response does not increase our earnings.

hi ronaldinu no no no, Go ask Alice has stated that a number of times here a best response does not earn you a penny, so where in the world did this author come up with this.for one thing if it is not in mylot information then it is not true. for another thing if people would read Alice's discussions they would see you do not get paid for best responses. its just a nice gesture from your mylot friends.[i][/i][u][/u]
