google adsense

I recently created a website about health foods and healthier ways of living....It's still in the works, but I've advertised it heavily and haven't received very much traffic. It's kind of a let down since it was pretty time consuming and I've heard so many promising things about adsense and how advertising your site can really help. I have my website on my profile and I would love for anyone to take a look at it. Thanks so much! Also, if anyone would like to throw theirs at me I'd love to see! :)

If you want to promote your Blog through legit means then the best way is to use Keywords which are most searched in your Blog Niche. make your content SEO friendly. The traffic takes time to reach your Blog and that too on basis of lot of hard work thrown in by the Blog owner . You will have to get link exchanges , this results in combined traffic. Try to comment on dofollow blogs and place your Blog url in the comments . Do Follow blogs mostly allow URL laden comments . This helps a lot to improve page rank. Only hard work can help for grabbing more traffic.
