Smart Bro, Globe Bro, Sun Bro, PLDT DSL, BayanTel DSL or Sky Bro

I get so many feed backs on other Internet Service Providers and I fin it so difficult to point out which is better than Smart Bro. I have been with Smart Bro for 2 years and I planned on speeding up my connection but they don't offer anything besides Plan 999. They say that Sky Broadband really sucks like the connection you get is just half for the one that you are paying for. Globe broadband and BayanTel DSL disconnects a lot. Sun Broadband has no inconsistency in terms of connection speed. That ends up Smart Bro and PLDT DSL. The good thing about Smart Bro is they act very fast in responding to connection repairs unlike PLDT that will take even months in repairing them. What do you think about these Internet Service Providers?
