cheap and safe teeth whitening?

I was wondering, as you know there are a lot of harmful chemicals out there that will not only bleach your teeth but will poison you too, is there a way I can whiten my teeth without veneers or expensive whitening kits? Inquiring minds would love to know! :)

Hi samafayle,
You can use baking soda and salt mixture, this is effective in removing stains, especially with the help of peroxide. Baking soda will also help to kill bacteria which causes plaque, and reduce acds which can harm tooth enamel. Baking soda is safe to use and easily obtained . If you do use a baking soda mixture, brush gently around your gums so you dont irritate them

What do you mean by baking soda mixture, a combi of baking soda, salt and peroxide, Am I correct?I've heard hydrogen peroxide is too strong.
I want to try your suggestion. Have you tried it?

i know about this toothpaste called sensodyne. they say it whitens your teeth and removes bacterias. i used it once but i'm not sure if it worked. lol.

For a shiny teeth the cheap and best way to use the powder made out of charcoal and rock salt. Ensure the powder is fine.
