I use a dictionary everyday, as a student i usually come across words on a daily basis i do not know, and most of the time i need to know them so i just quickly get on the dictionary which is on my computer, and i learn the word. I would have to say i maybe use my dictionary 3-4 times a day during the weekdays, i never use a dictionary on the weekend.

when i was in high school i used to have a handy dictionary with me all the time in school to check for the words since most of our subjects is in language even if its not really our local language. but now if i dont know the words i just type the words in the search button and check for its meaning or spelling and its already instant, no need to browse those pages in the books. internet really helps to make search more faster.

Nowadays people are always busy doing something, so it's quite impossible for them to look up big dictionary for a long time. They want to know the answer swiftly. In order to satisfy such needs, many companies make various dictionary softwares or online dictionary. Personally speaking, if I want to know the general meaning of a word, I usually resort to online dictionary. If I want to understand the details, paperback dictionary is better.

Dictionary, what's a dictionary...oh you mean that big book on my desk that is holding all of those papers down. I almost forgot what it is. Man, I have not used that thing as long as I can remember. It has been a few years for sure I can say that. It is pretty dusty, I doubt I even touched this thing for a while either, quite interesting. In all seriousness, I can count the number of times I have used a dictionary as of late and still have fingers left over. If I want to know what a word means, then the Internet is right there in front of me most of the time. I think the last time I actually used that dictionary was....to be honest, I have no idea when the last time I used the dictionary was. It has been a long, long, time, I can tell you that much.

I hardly use it as I check any doubts I have on the Net itself. There are countless sites that provide you with whatever you need to know be it a word, a phrase or whatever.

I think I used dictionary.com when I encounter unfamiliar words. It's kind of handy. You only need to search the appropriate words so that you may understand it quickly.

In my case, I use the dictionary regularly, especially if I'm making a report or sending a message. I double check the spelling of words I'm not sure of.
