How long did it take you to get your Alertpay account verified? / myLot

I submitted the necessary documentation (copy of passport & credit card statement) on the 8th of March. I waited the 10 business days that they said they required to verify and then submitted a support ticket and got this response: Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible. For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. Blah, blah, blah. It gave me a ticket ID#, department that's handling it, etc. It's the 2nd of April and I'm still not verified. Anybody else experience this? How long did it take you to get your account verified?

Weird...I think in my case it took something like 3 days max. I also had some issue with my information there, it was related to the spelling of my last name, so I notified them about via support ticket, but I got the responce together with account approval confirmation very fast. but strange to hear this story. I hope their service is not getting worse. Just try to resubmit everything.

I think I have verified it through smart money but I have to make some fund inorder to verify. I have to do it very past to have a cash out.

Why did you have to do it in that fashion? Is it because of where you live? The site clearly states what is required to get verified and I've complied with their requirements. What exactly do you mean that you "have to make some fund" in order to verify? I'm confused. Please clarify if you can. Thanks
