We all know that AC Milan is in their poor performance this season. They lost Paolo Maldini, Kaka, and Carlo Ancelotti. Silvio Berlusconi hired Leonardo as Milan new coach. But his performance can't bring much victory for AC Milan. What do you think? Should Milan end the contract of Leonardo? If it;s necessary, who will be the next coach of Milan?

I don't think that ot will be a good idea to remove Leonardo from Milan as any coach requires time to settle down..look at the best teams in Europe teams like ManU and Barcelona they persisted with the same coach even when the team faced reversals..What I think is more important for Berlusconi is to recruit a few more quality players, players who can change the game.Recruiting Beckham who ahs reached the twilights of his carreer will not produce good result..if Milan had recruited Messi or Ronaldo in their ranks then there position would have been different from the present. At the same time it must be admitted that Milan is a people's club and therefore the owners must keep in mind the wishes and aspirations of their supporters..so maybe the management will go for swapping the coach. If Milan does that then I will like to see Jose Mourinho or Scholari being appointed the next coach.

Personally, I don't think milan should change their coach because I think that's a good coach!! You said that milan have poor performance but that's false, they are 2nd of the serie A and not far from the Inter Milan!! Best regards, Spirite68

I think AC Milan is in a process of re-building. Their aging squad is more or less now in the last throes of their career. So they need someone in the mould of Arsene Wenger who can build a team from scratch and one who needs to do it without spending too much money. As of now I am no really convinced that Leonardo is the man for the job at hand. Cheers! Ram

Hi bonankdisini, I do not think Silvio Berlusconi would fired Leonardo as AC Milan coach. He is a good coach and that why he was hired to replace Carlo Ancelotti. If he was not a good coach, Berlusconi would not hired him at the first place. I think AC Milan problems was not with the coach but more to the players. If we look at AC Milan players, most of the first 11 was old enough to hang their boots. In today games where most of the teams emphasize on the speed, they can not do it because of the old legs. There is no doubt that they got a tons of experience but it was not enough in today system of play. They were easily tired, need extra rest after each game and easily got injured too. For me, what AC Milan need is a younger player that have an experience and can play week in week out for the whole season.

i think milan make a mistake when they hire inexperience coach like leonardo, and i think milan should consider frank rijkaard as the next coach as he has many experience like coaching barcelona, and rijkaard also milan's legend player
