Wordpress Themes

I want to change my Wordpress theme. I found this very nice theme from a website so I downloaded it. The question: How can I upload it to my Wordpress blog? I read some forums and learned that I should have a file transfer software etc., but I can't understand they're saying. Can anybody please help me?

To change your wordpress theme, you must re-install all your blog in a hosting service, you can use free web hosting like 000webhost and you must download wordpress.org and upload it to your hosting service and then install it. I suggest you to read the guide in wordpress.org, you will know how to install it and all those things.
