There are many mylotters who work hard like a robot to complete their limit for the day ---you find them quiet busy making posts lol until very the last minute ---They keep on hopping from one discussion to another Few minutes back i came accross a true starter of Discussions----Who only starts discussions----you hardly find that mylotter responding . Can you dare to do that???---I think its a bit harder but you can mylot without making any posts in others discussions for sure provided you aren't here to make money

Hi, Sunny. When I was newbie in My Lot I started a discussion which receive good number of responces. But I didn't knew that we should answer in everyone who has posted in our discussions. So I left them without commenting back their posts. But I swear this will be the first and last discussion, started from me, without comment back. I think most of the peoples which are not giving back comments in the discussions are newbies and they don't know that they should give coment back. I think that there is no old member who will do this. Correct me if Im wrong, but I didn't saw old member to leave him/his discussion without responding. Muwah!

even i did the same Kompi when i was new here---i seldom added a comment in my responders box ---i learnt about the earning ways after few days---until then i used to add a single line comment or skip their boxes completely.there are old members who never attend to their responders---theydo come up with many discussions each day but i'm not coming accross them these days

That user that you saw, were they starting discussions or topics? A question with a series of answers but with no interaction from anyone afterwards is not a discussion Those types who just start and don't comment think they are earning a lot. If only they knew how much they are losing by not commenting. Then those who never respond on discussions by others are numerous here too. I could list enough to fill the fingers of two hands without even thinking - but I need my fingers to type so I won't bother

Actually those were intented to be discussions as per their their view but they fail to keep up with the definition of it mostly I came accross a senior mylotter posing questions about her earnings lol---shocking she been here for almost a year now I think Mylot should have a mew Caption The More You Write---the More you Earn

I have been known to make a lot of discussions, but discuss without responding to others? I don't think so. I do both discussions and responses, as well as comments. That's just the way I do things.

It makes our time worthy if we can have some fun by responding, starting discussions and adding comments at the boxes No one loves to be deserted though --- but the one i mentioned seems to be enjoying it

Yes fun is the best thing to be having when it comes to making money online. If you don't enjoy it your not going to have a very good day or week, or even month of online earning. I try not desert people, I go back and try to respond, even if it's a month, or year later.

Its the money matter which keeps us tied up to this site---whilst some others are here just for fun---they must be knowing that they earn for every word they write in here

Hi Sunny, i am one of those who barely work hard to reach my target not only for the day but of course for the entire month and do my best to even exceeded such target. i am happy challenging myself everytime i reach my taregt. once i start on with a discussion, i make sure that i go back to the responses made and post my comments until it became a truloy discussion. yes friend we are not only here for earnings. we even go out of our way to reach out to our mylot friends, check how they're doing, support them and even cheer them up via PM.

No. I seldom post new discussion actually... I believe discussion is exchanging of thoughts and ideas... if you don't respond to the people or mylotters who responded to your started discussion then that cannot be called a discussion at all... One way is not a discussion... for there is no interaction... and exchanging of ideas... it defeats the true meaning and purpose of discussion... Am I right sunnycool?

And to add on sunnycool... it is dull and boring...like you will just say your piece and would not receive any feedback at all... Just leave a message... then that's it...

Well that is good to hear sunnycool! One of mylotters actually said and explained before that she was posting many discussion a day and she was actually guilty of that (not responding and leaving her discussion hanging). She explained that she was really busy and was trying to post as many discussions she can when she have spare time... Well anyways at least she explained and notified her respondents by starting a new discussion about that...

They seldom understand the real meaning of a discussion there by leave the responses in their posts unattented. It would feel odd if we leave them behind---i have a number of boxes to be attented though but i wouldn't leave any box not even one.great day.

i have seen a lot of members doing this thing, creating a lot of discussions and never even bother to get back to the responders and never even thanked them. though it is not really advised to comment with just a thank you, i never saw them working with their post to make it a really discussion. a discussion is a two-way traffic, not just leaving the post and just let it be, wait for responses to come and that is it. i can't do that, i want my post to be of quality, if i can make it. and if they response, i want it to be a good discussion with lots of comments too.

Its always good to have comments flowing back and forth---it is the actual essence of a good discussion---i used to have such posts but i dont find many of friends online at the same time neil so the fun part is gone there---and i finding ti hard to maek some time for mylot---hope every thing is gonna be as usual. Its the minimum requirement of the host to attend all the responses he get.

If she had join MyLot for one year, i guess she know what is the meaning of discussion. I try to comments all the response in my discussion, but now i find it hard to comments back my responses since my notifications don't enter my email anymore. Especially when my internet speed going slow. To open the page "the discussion i've started will take soooooo long time, so ijust leave it and prefer to answer other member discussion.

Hi sunny, I got some friends added up here in mylot which floods my email with "your friend _____ has started a new discussion" but when I tried to visit their discussion, not more than 5 replied. I don't know why people tend to start a lot of discussions or even has a lot of discussions in mind to start. I personally is having a hard time thinking of a good discussion and something nice to share. I tend to delete that notification and look at others discussions. I better reply on the ones which I like and I think isn't a spam discussion rather than replying to all his discussions and get bored.

If you're not interested in their discussions---why dont you toggle their notifiers to OFF---atleast you can get rid of their array of notifiers each day ---the first thing i would do is turn OFF their notifiers(as they're set to ON by default) when i accept new friends request---i would come accross their posts in the Friends tab anyway.so i can get rid of those notifiers.

Hmm. I have seen those kinds of people, I think it's easier for them to start a discussion rather than comment or respond to one. It's just that sometimes they don't really comment on your response that's when you know that they are really just their to start discussions. Hehe. I personally don't start discussions much, cause I don't get a lot of ideas, I find it easier for me to just find a great discussion and just leave my response to it and wait till the owner of the discussion comments back.

Yeah, that happens. I would love to start discussions if only I have an idea what discussion to write. LOL. it seems like I can't think of a great discussion to start that's why I just rely on commenting to them.

you're quiet opposite to me dude---i love to start discussions(one ach day) and would love to add comments at the responders box and hang out there for a couple of hours and go to sleep---i do not like to keep on responding to discussions however i do not skip my friends posts .There are many seniors in here who prefer to skip their posts if they loose their interest as well

Hi sunnycool, This thing never change since from my arrival here. There is always someone who love to started a lot of discussion everyday and just leave it. They never bother to come back to their discussion but hoping to earn a lot from it. It is not only done by newbies, who might not well aware about how things going on here, but also done by those who have been here longer then I am. I think that make it different between the newbies and the more senior mylot in this case was the newbies discussions always with one line discussion. More likely to be a question and answer session. The more senior mylotter, on the other hand, have full of detail in their discussion. They do it maybe because they though they would earn from every response they receive while the truth is we only earn from what we type. Previously, this type of user always make a noise about their earnings. They said that they did not earn from here even though their discussion manage to receive a few pages of responses. The problem with this users is they never listen to others about how we could earn from here. They even try to depend their methods even though it is proven not worth it.

They actually does not learn anything because they never care to read all the suggestion by other mylotter of the FAQs. And if they keep this attitude then they would be in the state of ignorance forever. But it is up to them, as a friend we can only give an advise, they like it or not then it is not our problem again.

they should care to learn things atleast---if they do not have so much time to go through the guidelines---they come up with a discussion about the hings which have been clearly mentioned in the guidelines of discussions.hope they would learn things in the future

I came accross some mylotters posing questions about their earnings---to my surprise they were one year old in here There are very few who start and leave them without any comments and neither they would care to add any comments at their boxes in other discussions too coz of their busy schedule or whatever might be the reason---they must have known that they do not earn a cent irrespective of number of responses their discussions manage to get. Some learn things easily and quicker whilst others keep on learning lol

I will say this. I start a discussion and then the email come in that i have a response but i do delete them. I wait a couple weeks to do the unresolved for that discussion. When going through my unresolved discussions i started i have the time to read them all and make sure i have chossen the best response. At that time i may sometimes write a response or comment back on someones response they made towards my discussion. It isn't always easy to respond as me and so many other mylotters are here to make money and not always care what others says about things but then again i may make a discussion that i need help on something then i will read the responses to see what others have stated. I am here on mylot to make the extra money and since i haven't maid payout since probably Novemeber i am here to make that payout this month and hopefully earn a little extra income since i am now working full time.

I would add comments simulataneously as the responses pour in ---it would be easier for me to keep up with the responses else it would be so boring and it would be like hell if we postpone adding comments---i should admit that i never cared to offer a best response to most of my discussions ---there are almost 200 of my posts which freaks me out.I hope you would make it to the payout this month Girl---and can i take it for granted that i dont get another comment from you

I don't start all that many discussions, but when I do, I do post comments to the responses I receive. To me it is only courtesy as if others are going to take the time to read my discussion and post to it, then I will at least have the common courtesy to post comments back. I don't understand why users will post discussions and just leave them. That is rude, and if they want to earn more, they need to take the time to comment back. It is a big waste of time to start discussions if a user isn't going to post comments back. The whoe idea is to keep the discussions going and by leaving it, the discussion just stops cold. I will not waste my time starting a discussion if I am not going to follow up with it. good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Adding comments to the responders would help the discussion to be on the top atleast in the top ten in hot tab which would make way for some more responses---leaving it unattented would take their post no where---i come accross some senior mylotters doing this too--they do add comments in some boxes and leave the rest behind.
