Hi, dear Mylotters.
I have read in some discussions that some members are making about 100 posts daily.Wow!
I wonder, is it possible to make that number of posts daily and how much time we need to spend if we want to do it.
What is your 'record' here? How many posts you can make for a single day?

Sure that it`s possible . For thouse that english it`s their first language . As for me, i`m so happy when i make 50 in one day . Even 60 it`s my record . I write fast, but it`s for me until i`ll find a subject to answer at, because sometimes i really read the header of a post, and simply don`t know what to say about that. So , i keep searching until i find somehting to answer at .

Yes, Delcar, the problem is that sometimes we read a discussions and we don't have what to say, or we can't find the words to express what we want to say, I mean, when the English is not your first language, then it seems impossible to make that number of answers.

I would never be able to make 100 posts in one day - and I don't think that it would be worth taking the time to try. The most I've made has been like 10 or 20.

Fallingfan, I am agree with you that it would be not easy to make that thing.
20 is good number.
Keep posting, friend.

No one can say how many posts you can make in a day, it's all in your effort, so I could say it'd take an hour to do 100 posts, but then that might just be for me and not how good you'll do at first.

An hour for 100 posts? Are you sure? My typing speed is not bad at all, but I don't think I could read, then think and then type in 100 discussions for just an hour.

Hi KompitaPita,
How many posts did you want to posted here is up to you. Hundreds, 50, 60 or 5. As long as you have time and ideas, there is no problem to make it. It is also depend on how do you make you posts. If you are writer type of person and love to make a long posts then you might find it hard to make a lot of posts because you need an extra time to type and think about your posts. If you are a straight to the point type of writer then you make a lot of posts in the shorter time.
As for me, I never count on my posts here. But it might be around 50 to 60 posts a day during a good mood and good internet connection. But it would be less if I had to do something else offline.

Yes, it is possible to make 100+ posts a day by being as active as you can in many discussions. I have made 200+ posts in merely a week when I first started (1-3 weeks ago). If you respond to every discussion that your friends make, and also some of the discussions that are in your interests, then it is even highly possible. I also suggest to comment to every comment you have gotten on your response.
Right now I am in Lapland (Northern part of Finland) so I can't get many posts, because I'm on vacation here and I don't have too much time to be on the computer...

Yes, I am agree with you that if I respond to every discussion made by my friends and discussions in my interests then I will make this number of posts, but I must admit that I don't have what to say in many of the discussions I read. Or maybe I am too lazy...

Oh, Ram. I understand what you want now. Before reaching the 500 points in my profile I wasn't able to upload photos in the discussions and I could not wait to reach that points, so I was trying my best to reach 500. For me those points didn't mean nothing...it's just a number...
More important for me is the star, which these days is going down.

Maybe... Me too I have stopped responding to ALL of my friends discussions, because I don't know anything about the subjects for most of the time ...
I am going to get to 500 quite soon though, because I want to be able to publish photos and to copy and paste text in discussions
Good luck with your posts
(They don't actually mean anything else to me than respect and all the cool stuff at 500)

Hi. I think this is not so hard to make 100 and more posts per day here at mylot. But it would take almost whole day in my opinion. I am not so fast in writing responses, so my record is about 30 - 40 posts a day. I am low activ lately so when I make few posts a day it is good.
Maybe for someone who has nothing else to do it is easy to sit in front of PC whole day and mylotting. But for me it would be to difficult. I have a full time job and many things to do in general.
Another thing is that it would be tiring for me to post and post and post hour by hour. I enjoy posting at mylot but not whole day long posting.
Have a nice day, jazgottt.

Well, it's not impossible, I guess. But I don't know about the quality for these posts. I know I would never be able to do something like that. I usually like quality over quantity so it takes me forever to post or respond to something. The most posts I've ever done in one day is around 15 or so. I don't really get to spend a lot of time here on Mylot and I'm somewhat picky when it comes to picking the discussions I want to respond to so my numbers aren't that high.

Yes, it's not imposibble, but it's too hard. I can't imagine for how manu hours I should stay online to make that number of posts.

Sure can post 10 or even 20 responces, you just need to find interesting discussions where you will have what to say and if the original poster is giving you coment back, then you can answer again, and again, so it is not too hard to make more than 10 responces daily.
Just use the search-box and maybe you will find more discussions to post in.

Well maybe, if you have the world of a time to do that. Or unless you compromise quality for quantity. How much post I make a day really depends on my mood, the topics, and the amount of time that I have. Sometimes I go for a few days without making even 1 post, but sometimes I can make 3 or 4 posts if there are topics out there that interest me.

It always depends on your mood and your time. Just like you, sometimes I come here and read but I don't post or I post once or twice daily. But if you find enough interesting discussions plus if you start a good discussion and you receive 70 or 80 responces, and you answer to all of them, then you can reach that number of posts. But it's really hard and we really need to spend much time for doing this.

Yes it is possible if you can type fast and have the extra time on your hands and enjoy doing it, I have tried but I never got that many in one day I only wish I could but I have to stop to do other things, I enjoy My Lot very much and I hope it stays around a long time!!! I really don't know my record here I kinda don't pay attention to it I used to but it seems like if I don't pay attention to it, it will seem like more I guess all I know is I love it!!

If you got only to post, then you could do it, but before every post you should read the discussions if you want to give a really good comment, so it takes time to read and answer.
So I think it's really hard to do it, but I think it is possible if you spend more time here.

I broke this down into a mathamatical equation the other day on here when people were talking about doing 200 post. So I will use the same figures for you.
If you make 100 post per day, and the average post take 5 minutes to find, read, come up with logical discussion on and type a response to. Then you have spent 500 minutes of your day or 8 1/3 hours. That gives you 15 2/3 hours left in your day for doing other things so 100 post are possible and probably easier to do than the 200 that others have discussed trying to do.
I average somewhere between 10-15 post per day and I feel like I am on here alot.

Sure you can. You just need to add as much interests as you can. Then you will see on your top page discussions from your interests and you will have more discussions for reading and answering. And also you can use the search box to find discussions that you want to post in.
Good day.

I have tried several times but I have not ever posted 100 posts. I don't think I could if I made all of them to be 4-5 lines as it suggests for quality. However, I remember a day that I made over 50 posts, so I guess it would be possible and if you gave short answers.

Hi, Carol, yes, if you make 100 posts, maybe the quality will be not good, so it is more better to make few posts, but quality instead of quantity but short answers... I also prefer to post less number of posts daily.

I agree with the quality not quantity but also I have come close to the 100 posts in a day. I think it takes determination, dedication and all. I think it can definitely be done. A good woman can set her mind to something and just do it no matter its difficulty. Tough stuff makes a person.

hi kompita, I don't know if that is true but I think it is possible that a person could do 100 posts a day but not just sure about the quality. Lets say you get 100 posts and they are low quality, they might just end up getting deleted or you being banned because of spam. Better play safe and keep mylot a good money making and at the same time socializing community. If anyone would want to go for 100 posts a day, make sure they all have good quality

Hi, Chiepao.
I am making that number of posts (about 20 or 25) too. I pick the discussions and just like you said it's better to give 10 or 20, but good posts, then spamming around and ending with a BAN.

Why not?Ig you are addicted to some certain topics and want to read or write more about them you may sit in front of your pc screen for hours without even knowing you have spent so much time on these things.100 posts are not so many if you think. They may be all containing just some lines not whole long passages.
