Do you know that you can improve some aspects of your mind by some diet modifications? Green leafy vegetables, berries or green tea, all good for brain. Green tea is also motivating and relaxing.

Almonds are also supposed to be very good for your brain although I absolutely hate them, but I wish I didn't. And also fish. Which I also hate. ha.

yes almonds are good for brain, i think generally nuts are good. Fish by its omega3 content is beneficial. Thank you for extra information.
