My friend just found something i werent looking for help!

My friends younger sister borrowed a top from her,and while she was looking for it in her sister's room,she found a half used pack of birth control pills.Her sister is just 13! She's too young to do that. What do you think my friend should do? Help please

birth control pills aren't always used just for contraception-they are also used
to regulate very bad periods.there's a chance the parent does know about it because pills are prescription.but she may want to say something to her mom.
