I'm from China,a college student from China.I would like to make friends from different countries where English is a native language.I am good at reading and listening,but not speaking and writing.So I hope I can improve it here by writing a lot. Nice to meet you!

I am from US. I have not traveled outside of the states. My husband was in the service and saw many other countries.

hi all, well i just have to be different and be an aussie. thou both my parents are from the uk orginally. they've been here nearly 30 yrs now and my dads family were the one to move out here first. mums still live in scotland, we've been there on holiday a few times. i'm enjoying meeting different people here in mylot from round the world.

Hi Annie Rose. I come from a small country in Europe that is called England. It is part of the United Kingdom. I live on the edge of a coastal town. My house overlooks the countryside. My home is just a few miles from the sea. I am ever so keen on traveling to different countries. I went to South Africa last year. I took my toddler son to Cape Town and the Garden Route. I shall be traveling with him and my baby daughter to Canada this summer. Yes, it is excellent that My Lot is an international community. I have made friends with My Lot members from many different countries in the world. I hope to visit the Philippines one day to go island hopping and snorkeling.

Yes Rose, I'm from India, the largest peninsular country! My residence is about 60 kms from Bay of Bengal. I, like you, also take much pleasure in meeting as well as making friendship with people of many countries sitting at my laptop in morning and night! What a great advantage of today's technology in this globalized world! Talking, messaging, publishing, opportunities and friendship have already crossed International boundaries and have been accepted as global in status! Our country India is also a great supporter of this modern application of the concept, "Our world is like one family!" Like you, I have not yet visited any foreign country, but I have hundreds of friends around the world that makes me more spirited to intreact with them regularly! I'm from the Philippines as well. Though Filipino blood runs through my veins, I have 75% Chinese blood as well with a few percentage of Spanish blood. I'm fond of this site because I was able to make friends with people of various nationalities. I hope to get to know and meet them in person one of these days.

i'm from the philippines and proud to be a filipino as well. it is quite amusing that many filipinos are on mylot. i'm from cebu by the way. i really want to travel and though i like staying here in cebu, i like to experience living elsewhere. i also want to try living outside the country especially in south korea and taiwan.
