whether u will give up current to pursuit better good job or not?

i'm a junior,for only the college is three years,now,as a intern,i work in a large company,because of a lack systematical training and the direction of future work are not match the initial will ,some interns select to give up and be away,looking for a better job corresponding with their wish,for me,i have been such idea for a long time,but,think and think again,i think i will follow my heart,and cherish this chance in a excellent company.am i insist on such opinion for a long time?i dont know,give me some advice,mylotter,thanks for ur response....
