In what state would yu recommend to take my NCLEX exam?

I am from outside US. where state may you recommend as the easiest and with little requirements?

I think california is one of the US state that have easy requirements. They dont require much like other states does. My friends are taking their NCLEX at California and New Jersey.

if u pass the NCLEX in california, can u practice as a nurse in new jersey or new york?

how about vermont? they said that the requirements in this state is easy. They processing time is somewhat shorter.
