Of course,I am aware of the foods I consumed,due to the fact that there are so many foods nowadays that are harmful to our body,due to its excessive ingredients that may cause some intoxicating effects to our tissues.The most proper ways to eat is to prepare a menu with all the essential vitamins and minerals found in the mixtures of the foods cook so that we can swallow it immediately without the guilt of increasing any weight.Proper nutrition can be so easy to rotate with all your dream menus, plus some fruits bountiful during the season.So watch out for the foods you take,and enjoy your life.............

me im not aware, if it taste good i go for it and it eat, i love eating sweet foods it really satisfies me. I will eat and eat until my tummy is satisfy, i dont care if it is healthy or not what matters to me is that my tummy is full!

to come as early to have the negotiation have a good outcome.You must be choosy sometimes,because your body needs the exact amount of nutrients to have a balance and consistent good health.You also needed some fruits and vegetables to make your system work as effective as you move.Enjoy your meals...................

Thank you very much for the response.You are true that there are foods which could help us recover faster which ever is our ailment.There are plenty of foods in the market to chose from,but sometimes because of the hectic schedules we just prepare
junk food instead of the proper foods because we are in a hurry.When we are at home at least we have time to prepare a more healthy food,like vegetables and fruits because almost every people I know do not remember to eat fruits after every meals
because they are in a hurry for their appointments,that fruits are essential to their bodies.Have a happy meal,today................

Thank you very much for the response.It really depends on your cultural preference what kinds of foods you consume.You must see to it that eating vegetables is a must to our systems because it gives us antioxidants,that fights to control our immune systems so that our cells could be regenerated.You also needed some fruits to have some needed vitamins and minerals not found in meat foods,yet abundant in fruits and vegetables. Thank you very much for the response.I was also not minding my consumptions of foods before,but as time goes bye,I realized that there are some foods not good for us to take,like:red meat;pork,beef,horse,all sorts of animal intestines,heart,liver,etc.The
good ones were the green leafy vegetables,fruits.I do not know your preferred kinds
of foods,because I know you have a different culture,yet still the same that we needed to eat more vegetables than meat.You can also try fish and poultry,but not ducks,geese and the likes. You can cook chicken and turkey,so are the goats.I wish you a good meal today...............

On my part im not that aware of the nutritional values of the food that i eat, specially when im so hungry already. Good thing my metabolism is really good thats why i tend to burn much of what i eat. Besides before i actually eat something i make sure that if its not that healthy at least it will make me feel full at least ;)

times that you have some times to prepare in your own home some dishes you like to cook.I am sure you can chose what is right for your body,because there are plenty in the groceries that say it or from friends who says it is good for you.I wish you enjoy your meal today........................
