Laptop gone dead / myLot

My laptop suddenly went off last nite while I was surfing. There is no power, no charging signal nothing. I don't understand what could be wrong.

under you laptop there is a small hole,( a needle tip) it is the RESET button, press it gently with a pointed something and then you can start charging again. sometimes there is no such button or hole, remove the batteries for a few minutes, after plugin it again you can start charging, Laptops are design to sleep automatically when it has a low power level.

I didn't know about having a reset button. Is pressing the reset button on laptops like Reformatting a desktop computer?

the RESET button is similar to the reset button in PCs. Once a laptop sleeps or hangs up its kinda hard waking it up, so we press the reset button.

are you running your laptop with batteries? Maybe some chords has malfunction.. That happened to my brother as well and the problem is his charger.

My charger and laptop were both working fine until suddenly in an instant the laptop went off. I tried to search on net, and problem seems to be the battery as you said
