Well, it is extremely hard to find jobs in New Zealand whether you are a citizen or not but... i'm not saying that it's exactly IMPOSSIBLE :D

Ive been to New Zealand last year for 2 months vacation. As I have seen and observe a foreign worker can work as long as he is fit and qualified for a job or a position that he/ she is applying for, specially if you have the skills they need & a valid working permit. Age is not a hindrance to get job. New Zealand people is very accommodating and reasonable.

It is possible to find a job. But getting a job depends on the course of study of the applicant, professional qualification, experience and the skilled that is demanded by the New Zealand employer.
I think the best way forward is to search online website, reach out to friends alreadly in that country to get current information about vacancies.
If the applicant can not find a job he can at least start a business of his own and became an employer of labour.

What i need is someone who can sponsor and provide me enough documentary support for that..the other i will take care of it. Well just trying to find some help.

Employment is possible anywhere. Different countries have different procedures for foreign people to secure employment so perhaps take some time (a year or more) and thoroughly research it if wishing to move to New Zealand permanently.
