how would you become healthy?

i love to eat vegetables and drink a lot of water 8 times a day but i know that isn't enough for me to be healthy, most of my friends advice me to drink a cup of tea before eating my breakfast and another cup of tea before bed time they said that it may help me easily drain all the bad bacteria inside my body. i want to be healthy. did you considered your self as a healthy one? good day you all.

For me being healthy is more than just eating the right kind of food, its more than just eating fruits vegetables and vitamins. You should try to move alot too,exercise will be a good effort to be healthy.You will be burning calories and keeping your muscles active and tight all the time.If you do those stuff then theres this huge chance that you will be indeed very healthy unless by some bad luck you have something like a genetic disease or something ;)
