What Star Icon at myLot Profile refers for?

Fellas, I'm still new here. So, I see so many myLot users has Star Icon with number in it. Actually, I a little bit confuse about this. How can I get it? And What Star Icon and number in it refer for? Is there someone who can explain it to me?

Yes, hehehe. The Admin takes care of my problem. It's truly clear now. It is quite the same with Kaskus in Indonesia.
