A card directly linked to the Liberty Reserve account, (although I guess is not a credit card but a debit card), could be really a good thing. Actually the biggest limit I see in the programs like liberty reserve is the changers fee. If you want cash out your money from Liberty Reserve you will get a big cut due to the exchangers.
