what do you do to stay healthy?

Well, aside from doing some exercise like 3 times a week and running ocasionally. I don't do all that much. I've heard before that many people follow a really good diet to stay healthy. I wouldn't consider my diet overly good, but it's not that bad either. You know, some people just like to go to their local Mcdonnalds every morning.

To stay healthy one should practise certain things/Rules in life. Some of them are : Always think positive, Excercise daily, Eat Balanced Diet,Help others to be happy in your life...

I try to have an active and healthy lifestyle. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I do cardio and lift weights. I also love being active on my spare time. I love going for walks in the woods, or around my neighbourhood. I like to go to the park and throw a frizbee around too. I try to eat healthy too. I like to think of food as fuel, and try to make sure that my body always gets the nutrients and whatnot that it needs. I try to listen to my body and see what it wants too. Sometimes it wants macdonalds, but more often it wants healthy stuff like lean proteins and vegetables.

i try to get lots of rest and exercise when i can. i seldom sit still anyways so i am always busy. i try to eat properly and take my vitamins and visit my doctor at least once a year.

My health is my main focus these days because I have gained a lot of weight in the last few years. I focused too much on my career that I let myself go. Now I am watching my weight, as in I limit my intake to about 900 calories a day (very hard and most of the time I fail) and exercise an hour in the gym at the minimum, 5-6 times a week. I need to do more if I want to really lose a lot of weight.

I go out, do some jogging and running 4 or 5 days a week.I do some gym also. And i try to eat well. Lots of fruits, not so much junk food, maybe something( a bit) once a month.

exercise even inside ur own house is ok.eat lots of fruits and sleep on time.

The most important thing that I am doing these days to try to stay healthy is that I have established a much more active lifestyle. I like to go out and walk or I also like to go to my aerobics class. I'm also considering joining a gym if I can find one that I can afford. In addition to that, I make sure that our family eats healthy food most of the time. It is important for us to eat our fruits and vegetables and I tend to go very heavy on those. Fast food is something that we will have from time to time, but not on a really regular basis.
