Breakfast

I was thinking about my b-fast this morning. I had turkey sausage gravy with toast and scrambled egg. Mind you it tasted fabulous. So about my wonders, are you one to even eat breakfast? I eat breakfast on most days. Rarely is it the same meal twice. If you do eat breakfast do you have the same thing each morning? Do you eat breakfast items for supper?

Breakfast is the most important meal for the day so we shouldn't miss it.My brother eat only sweet things in the morning and I am sure most of you guys are used to eating sweet things. But as I hate them I prefer all kinds of sandwiches.

I have to agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating donuts or other sweet things for breakfast doesn't seem to last very long. By mid morning, I would be hungry again. lol

My breakfast items are, 'Mudhi', 'Chuddaa', 'Chhatuaa', 'Upamaa' or 'Cakes'. All these are made from rice and other cereals. I do not take breakfast items in my supper or lunch time, unless it is restricted for certain dietic reasons! A habit of regular breakfast is always advisable for good health!! Thanks for this nice discussion and have delicious breakfasts daily!!

breakfast items of yours sound interesting and good. I may have to see if I can find such items in a specialty store.

well I can remember a few times that we would go out to a restaurant that serves breakfast all day long and my lady would get a breakfast item, but if that is what you want to get and they serve it I don't see why not if that is what you want to get. I am up early enough to have breakfast, but other then eggs and bacon I am not particularly that great at making breakfast type items I can't even make hash browns very well. I would not usually eat a breakfast item for supper, but that is just me I like to have breakfast type items in the morning and usually when someone else makes them like my mother or mcdonalds and they have had some nice deals on there lately so it has not been overly expensive to get something there and when you are hungry one of those hash browns and a muffin are pretty good those mcgriddles and the sausage biscuit and egg is really tasty too, but if I am really hungry I'll get the pancakes and sausage platter.

Lucky for you that you don't have to eat the same meal twice. Here in my country, whatever food we had yesterday that we were not able to consume yesterday, we have to eat it the following day or the following meal rather than to have it go to waste. A lot of people have nothing to eat so why waste it, right? Anyway, we might have donuts for breakfast with instant coffee or brewed one (if my mom plans to make one) with cream. I'm not much of a breakfast person. I'm much of a lunch and dinner girl but I eat breakfast no matter how little it may be because the body needs it.

growing up we had to eat leftovers or the same thing for breakfast. Now, with just hubby and I fix just enough for the two of us. If hubby wants leftovers, he will fix extra. Things like soup he will make a great big batch. Then he freezes it into 2 servings.

Only if I wake up in time to get breakfast. Otherwise, I just grab something quick to eat and drive off to class.

At least your getting something on the way. I think I would starve before lunch time.
