Are you a business minded person? What if somebody, any of your relatives would give you a lot of money for any business you'd plan? What is it? There are so many you can choose; REAL ESTATE FOREIGN EXCHANGE STOCK MARKET MONEY LENDING BUY AND SELL SCRAP and a lot more.. Can we share each other's point of view? Mobhomeir here...

There are a lot of things that come to mind when I think of business. I think that the stock market is to unstable to invest in right now but the risk taker might think of it as a pot of gold. The stocks available for the money right now is unreal and there is the chance of making alot of money IF they go up. The IF is the problem because if they don't then..your out. Real estate is always a good one if you can afford to hang onto it a while. It may take time to raise it's value back up. Or to manage it as rental property. I think I would buy property around colleges or schools because there is a lot of money going to be poured into that in the next few years. Schools may be looking to expand and the property that surrounds them may be of great interest to them.

Hello Jenin, hope you're always doing fine. Yeah your right. Putting you money on stock market is really a risk unless for those risk-taker really who knows how to play it. Well, real estate is my fist choice but yes, you're right also at least you have really a big capital investment because it would not be like a hotcake that when it is already done everybody would really want it. Right now, I think I would have to work hard first on real estate business so I may know the secret of putting on my own.... Thanks for responding my friend..have a nice day ahead... I think I would invest money in computer-related stuff and on-line work. I would also seriously consider becoming a general trader in eBay. I would just need to find a product that was wanted and needed and provide it. I have sold lots on eBay on the past. Some of it I had bought with a view to making a profit and some of it was my own personal stuff that I no longer needed. _Derek

if i have a lot of money to invest in business, i would choose to invest it in REAL STATE or MONEY LENDING FIRM. i heard that the best income generating business is real state, since land costs or rates are always getting higher and never went down. there are more poor than rich people in our place and the most common problem they encounter is lack of money. and since i have a lot money, i can help them and still earn from them. sometimes, i think of getting a franchise of one of the best food chains in the country. i think that will also be a good business to start.

maybe i will make plan if time will come that i already have the money in my hand, its just frustrating to think and plan about things that looks like a drawing in the sand that could be washed out. theres too many things to do if theres a lot of money anyway.

I understand my friend, I guess you're just making sure that what business plan you would be thinking would push into reality..that's good..well, for me, though I can't afford yet to sustain my planned business I think I would just dream it cause there's no capital investments in dreaming.... Thanks for responding my friend... Mobhomeir here...

First thing that came out of my mind is going for a buy and sell business but for a long term goal, having a rentable condominium is the best idea I can get. It should be near universities coz it is in demand for students. Rates are fair and it is hard to get out of business unless you don't know the dos and don'ts in customer service :D

This is a good question and I would do a lot of different things if I could. One would be to purchase a lot of land just outside my city and lease it out to businesses. I know that comercial real estate is big in my city and the people doing it are making lots of money.

Yeah my friend you have a good idea. That's a part of a real estate business and that is also my first choice in having (someday) a business of my own. Only, you have to need a big capital investments. Well, if you would start on just buying a small lot or something I think it would just be fine.. As what I had said, I like real estate.. Thanks for responding.. Mobhomier here...
