What do you think of The Clash of the Titans?

I just saw Clash of the Titans today with my mom. It wasn't in 3D but I still thought it was good. I liked most of the graphics in the movie (for some reason I didn't think Medusa looked as realistic as some of the other creatures, like the scorpions). I also really liked the Kraken. My dad doesn't like how it looks (he only saw it in the previews) because he said it's designed too differently from the one in the original. But I still really like how it looks. OVERALL I think the movie was good, it wasn't amazing for me, but it was good. And I don't think it was bad like some of the critics are saying.

Hi chiyosan. I have always been a fan of Greek Mythology and I will definitely be going to see this movie when I get the time. My uncle brought us to see the original one when it came out in the cinema. At the time it was one of the best movies I had seen, it still holds up today and I have it on DVD. So it will be interesting to see if the new one surpasses my expectations.

I remember seeing the original and I absolutely loved it! Still, I guess we have to keep with the times and now they have the 3D version of Clash of the Titans. I would really love to see this at some point, the trailer looks really good. I don't have the money right now but I would love to puchase a 3D television in time, that's when that come down significantly in price! I think that this is the growing trend now! I'm thinking that the majority of movies in the cinema will start showing in 3D from now on! Still, if it creates a better viewing experience then why not! Andrew

I am planning to watch this in 3d too. And it would be my second movie that i would be watching in 3d too. The Avatar was my first one. And I think I would be liking to watch wonderful movies in 3D although it is a little bit expensive. I am glad that the clash of the titans is a good one and I would be getting my moneys worth. They plot is really shallow and in the original Clash of the Titans, Io was not there and the leading lady should be Andromeda. But since it's a remake they have to change some stuff. What I like about the movie is the action scenes and Sam Worthington is sizzling. I love ever movie he's in

I am hoping to see this movie very soon, possibly tomorrow. I enjoyed the original Clash of the Titans and am very interested in seeing how the movie turns out. It sounds like it was a good movie but will not read anymore til I see it myself. Glad to hear that you enjoyed it and your boyfriend enjoyed it. I did not know that they had this movie in 3D.

I think The Clash of the Titans is a great remake movie to watch like Prince of Persia, Alice in the wonderland. We like to watch ancient civilization, half god, demon, hades, Greek mythology etc.The thing I like on watching movies is learning the lesson behind the story and applying it on the present time in work or home. Getting some ideas on how the hero or monster looks like and sketch it.

I just watched the movie few days ago with my daughter. We didn't watch it in 3D, but the movie was just as interesting. My daughter, who is 7 years old, enjoyed the movie very much. She liked the creatures in the movie - the giant scorpions, pegasus the flying horse, and of course, Medusa with snakes growing on her head who can turn people to stone with her ghostly stare.

hi there chiyosan! it must have been a great experience watching a movie in 3D indeed, although there are only a handful movies that are available in 3D these days. talking about the movie, i was disgusted with the DVD with the same title that i just brought the other day. the cover of the DVD had the 2010 version of "clash of the titans" but when i finally saw it, i was shocked to find out that it was the earlier version (dunno exactly what year but i am pretty sure this version where Lawrence Olivier who played Zeus was filmed about 30 or 40 years ago). only later did i realized i was victimized by a film pirate. :-(

Hello Chiyosan! My family and I watched Clash of the Titans yesterday as well! The lines were crazy! We had to take the 3rd movie that was gonna play because tickets and seats wer sold out for the first 2! We watched it in 3D too! The cinematography was really amazing. The characters were also well designed. I believe it's really hard to design characters and places when the plot is mythology related since people have such big expectations from them, but the elements in the movie were really well designed. My sister doesn't think that though. When it comes to the plot that's where I have to rate the movie a 7 out of 10. The part where the kraken was unleashed was supposed to be the climax of the movie but errr... well it came a bit too fast and was a bit disappointing for me. I can't discuss it thoroughly because I don't want to spoil it to others who haven't watched it. :D Anyway, it's pretty much like watching Troy. It was okay. I think 300 is still better when it comes to the story line. Regards!

when i first watch this clash of the titans, the visual effects was very disgusting, i like to watch it now in 3D but i need to save money this movie have a good story, i first watch it for our world literature subject
