when will democracy crash

i have always thought of this, the concept of democracy. This concept always gives priority of the count of the heads. the people with real talent and administration capabilities are not given a chance. Third rated criminals are ruling what is going to this world.
People who are supposed to serve people are enslaving them. protectors are killing people.
this is my view, and not targeted at anyone.

I have also thought of that. Their are some unpopular acts that should be done but isn't done because majority of the people are against that act.
In a democratic government, politicians dance to the music that the people plays. What people want, politicians give and sometimes the will of the majority isn't aimed to benefit the welfare of the people.
In a democratic government it's always based on a popular mandate. Democracy sometimes makes a fool out of people.
