deserve forgiveness?

Yes I do. I will forgive my mom or my dad if he/she comes back and asked for forgiveness. Being my parents, they deserved to be forgiven. I would reiterate to him/her that I really love them. But of course, he/she should promise not to do that again and fulfill that promise. He/she should make me feel that what is past is past and we need to move on with our life.

Hello careguarden! Yes i am willing to forgive my father who leaves our family because of his otherwoman. This was not a hypothetical question for me because it truly happened to our family before. Even if it happened to us, I truly thanked God for giving us one mother who took the role of both a dad and a mom, she was a superwoman for me because she managed to sent us 3 ( me, my brother, and sister) to college with just the help of selling fruits and vegetables in front of our humble house. Times was hard before, financial matters was not the only need of three growing children, she feeds us with her love, discipline and good manners, which we all carried up to now. I already forgive and forget what my dad committed, my mother's love was enough for me, and i will always and forever treasure all the memories she left with me now that she's in heaven already together with my father and the Lord Almighty.
