This wasn't a huge blockbuster movie, but in 2009 he was in The Soloist with Jamie Foxx, if you haven't seen it yet, it's definitely a movie to rent, it's about a journalist who gets to know this classically trained musician, who is now working on the streets and is homeless, it's extremely powerful. What's your favorite movie he's done and why?

Im not a big fan of the guy, I never really knew of him before Iron Man, wasnt he in the Mask of Zorro though. Anyway, I think he was really good in Sherlock Holmes.

I can't remember if he was in the Mask of Zorro or not, if you're talking about the main guy, probably not him then, that was Antonio Banderas, or however u spell it

I've seen that and I loved it, but I pretty much love all his movies. But I think my favorite Robert Downey Jr movie would have to be Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. It's just the comedy and action mixed with it, and I love Val Kilmer also. And if you like himor not you got to love Chaplin.

I've seen The Soloist, but I could not remember how the movie ended.
When I see Robert Downey Jr., I would always think about the movie Chances Are. He was great there with Cybill Sheppard and Mary Stuart Masterson.
Now, the kids just know him as Iron Man. And they can't wait until the sequel come out.

Iron Man and Sherlock Holmes.
He really looks like Tony Stark, he fit so well with the character.

I really haven't seen that many of his movies but he is a good actor. The one that really stands out for me is In Dreams, with Annette Benning. I honestly don't remember any more about it than what is in the IMDb synopsis, other than I think Downey's character in it, Vivian, was implied to be the bad guy but really wasn't....although, I'm not even 100% about that LOL It was a very confusing movie, which is probably why it stands out in my mind.
Also, I really enjoyed Sherlock Holmes and am very excited about the prospect of a sequel. :)
