It is known that body activity is regulated by the nervous system. Each part of the body corresponds a particular area of brain. Because of an overloaded lifestyle, combined with mismanagement of stressful factors, become unhappy and lack of satisfaction, which leads to exhaustion and weakened body resistance. There are physical conditions are not the result of external influences, but to echo the troubles of the inner life. Overly critical people themselves, who have remorse for any pleasure that and do it, prove to be extremely fragile and sickly. Do you think that physical illnesses related to heart and soul disease?

I think everything is integrated; our bodies, minds and emotions. It would be silly to think otherwise, in my opinion, so it makes sense to treat all of the person, not just a part of it. It's been proven that when people are happy, they're healthier.

Yes, mind over body. When your mind is in condition, then your body follows. That's how powerful our mind is.
