Do Online Tutorial help to learn music??

Last birthday my friend gifted me a Guitar.Now I don't get the time to learn by a Professional.Do Video Tutorials is great help for this.I have already downloaded one,and tried also but find a little difficult.

There is also several good websites for this such as Ultimate-Guitar and Guitartube. A good software I use to learn songs when I don't have the time to learn it by ear is "GuitarPro". It contains both tabs and sheetmusic so its a great way to learn how to read music. There is also a software called "Powertab" which I personally haven't used much. But I've heard its great.

If it is well explained, you sure learn.
I learn so much interesting stuff on some learning sites, and I have to say that if you find good ones, you sure learn.

Yes they do. If you are finding some lessons too hard you might want to start with something a little easier and build up from there.
I look through YouTube for guitar lessons and try a few out, if I like them and learn from them I then visit that persons site which can usually be found in the video description box.
This is a good method to not only find lessons at your current level, but also find free lessons at the same time:)
