Palmbux worth it?!?

Hi, I've started palmbux a couple of months ago and currently having a stabled earning but so far I've only used those earning in renting referrals and never asked for a payout yet....I'm just wondering, do they really pay out? and has anyone have any good experiences with their rented referrals? and thanks for replying in advance!
