Do you really have to use 10 different email to complete those offers?

I meant for real, do I really have to sign up 10 or more different email addresses in order to make money from completing those offers from gpt sites? I understood perfectly well how little money I can only made from pay to clicks. I want to make increase my earning potential, but not all of those advertiser's offers credit me. The advise and instruction from those websites is signing with many different email addresses as much as you can, like yahoo, or hotmail, or gmail. So, If I have 4 to 5 websites working on, I should sign up for at least 10 email addresses, and use them alternatively to complete those offers? What is your advise to make it work?
