when your angry or deprees or mad what do you do?

i become angry to my professor in my one subject because he is totally unfair, he failed us well infact one of my classmate should be failed also and yet he passed her because that girl is close to him, im angry not because i dail the subject but because its totally unfair! how about you what will be your reaction is this will also happen to you?

Let me see, you did failed the subject thats one thing, now i think maybe you really had a hard time dealing with that subject im with you on that.Sometimes we tend to deal with stuff that we are having difficulties with but hey you can at least try again.Next on the matter of someone passing because he or she is close to the proffesor, i think thats out of the subject matter already.This idiot as you say did passed because of favoritism, but it doesnt take away the fact that you still failed. Control your anger my friend, maybe at some point you angry at yourself, you just dont know how to express it and when youve learned that someone passed and you didnt, then your anger manifested as well.Try to concentrate on whats yours, and dont be distracted from other peoples gain or loss.Life is pretty much unfair most of the time brother we just need to play by its rules ;) happy mylotting!

Again let me tell you i feel your frustration, there are times that there are students in our class who are passing questionable as well. But the thing is for you to move on and be strong you need to be responsible for yourself and yourself alone. Part of the problem here is that you really failed it...And the remedy here is that you should strive harder next time so that it wont happen again. Im with you against that witch my friend and your i dont know what to call professor but then again why waste your anger for something that you wont be able to change? I think its better that you just focus on what is it that you can change and that is focusing yourself in your studies so that you wont fail next time

thank you my friend but still i get angry everytime i remember me, not only me but my other two classmate who also failed question our prof, until now i feel mad on him maybe it takes time before my anger disappear, it takes time for me to relax and calm down my self

well you see setsuna26 maybe yes i blame myself for failing that subject, i already accepted it that i fail because i believe i lack on focusing to my study and playing and playing computer games during those days, the girl im talking also failed the subject when my professor give the grade but this girl talk to my professor so hard asking to pass her, the passing mark of my prof is 50, he told us even if you got a grade of 49.9 after i compute your grade you still fail the subject, this girl i mentioning here got a final grade of 48.4, how come he was able to pass? thats the big question in my mind!

Depression may disturb your work in some way because when you are in low spirits your efficiency is low.Usually when I feel frustrated I tell myself "that's nothing,don't worry too much about that". And I go to cinema , watch television ,read books or just take walk outdoor ,that will make you feel better.

maybe your right, but you see i get angry because of the action of my professor, i cant think of idea that made him pass my classmate i really need explanation but i think i will not get one because he is already transfer job, he is now working in a company and not anymore in our school

When I am angry I develop the enemity and increase the pressure, and when I am depressed I cannot work, and that makes me poor, When I am mad I need not do anything, others will admit me to mental hospital. All the three Must be avoided to lead a peaceful life.

well i guess sometimes we need to release our anger because if not it will cause some negative effect in your mood and body, im so angry with my professor because he is unfair, because he likes the student he pass it, well in fact that suppose to be failed also like us, im not crabby or i dont posses crab mentality, it is just that is really unfair, sorry for this one but until now i feel angry, :/

I listen to music.for me michael jackson's music it's really calming... I love his voice, I love the way he sings about life...and I love the fact that I can identify myself in his lyrics. I also try to talk to a friend or something like that, about the reason which made me mad. a good advice helps alot...

well music really relaxed us and helps us feels comfortable, listening to a friend or other will gives us a good advice but sometimes some of our friends will just add to problem, so maybe try to choose a good friend and you know that will really help you out
