i need help with this " Cannot communicate with primary server"

Hello everyone, I just hope you can help me.. I have downloaded a malaware software and after that I have been receiving this message which is " cannot communicate with primary server network diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response" what does this mean? I can no longer connect to the internet using wifi. What should i do to conect to wifi again. I have uninstalled the malaware software but i still cant connect to the internet using wifi..
