If you found that somebody then make sure he also knows that you exist. They actually said that women cant make the first move but I disagree. You can actually make the first move, not by asking the guy for a date or telling him how you feel but by just making yourself pretty so he will notice you. Who knows, he will be able to see you as something else once he finds out that you are there but if he's already in a relationship then I think its better to fish in other ocean.
