I've had the worst bout against morning sickness during my first trimester. I'm now 5 months along the way but I still feel sick. I'm praying to God everyday that I won't throw up the previous meal I had. I've lost a lot of weight more than 10 pounds since my first month. and the 8 pounds I lost in a month. My OB said its nothing serious and its perfectly normal. This is my 3rd pregnancy but this is the first time I'm feeling this. So please help on how I can make myself more comfortable. I really don't like the feeling of throwing up everyday or every 4 hours. I don't even like the smell of food that I used to love, like cakes and ice cream, pasta...I miss food...

I had morning sickness throughout my whole first pregnancy so don't worry about it. Ginger is supposed to help. My doctor told me to keep a packet of ginger biscuits next to my bed and as soon as I woke up I was to eat one. Don't get up to eat it either, just stay in bed and eat one, even if you don't feel like it. I have to admit that it did help a little. So long as you keep reminding your OB about it so they can monitor your situations then that's fine. Worrying about it won't help either.
